Has any of yall read Robert Crais's latest super duper thriller. I am so happy to have read The First Rule and I am even much happier that it has lived to my expectations! Crais has certainly outdone himself yet again and seems like he is just "moving forward" with every novel. It is a pity though that I have read the book in a day due to the manner in which Crais keeps his reader absolutely and thoroughly captivated! Go RC go!!! Can't wait for the next Joe Pike novel!

I'm still working my way through his Elvis Cole series where Joe Pike is Elvis' partner, but haven't red any of the novels featuring Joe Pike on his own. Is Elvis in these novels?

Yeah he is there. According to him the two are inseparable --there can be one without the other. What do you think of the Elvis Cole novels? Which one are you reading?
